Overview
This workshop is designed for Crystal Reports users who are familiar
with parameters and subreports but want to become more proficient
with these powerful features in Crystal Reports. Some of the topics
for subreports include subreport types and linking structures, limitations,
optimization issues and formatting. Topics for parameters include
the various ways parameters can be utilized in formulas, subreports,
and record selection as well as the associated formatting and display
issues. A more in depth look at crosstabs is also included.
This course is taught in an instructional workshop format where users
are given a variety of projects that illustrate the points covered.
The instructor is available for assistance during the exercise and
will review solutions at the close of each exercise. This insures
that students leave the course with extensive hands on experience
using these powerful features to create more valuable reports.
